Shipping Details
We ship to the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
We use DHL e-Commerce to deliver our products. Orders placed before 5pm Monday-Thursday are packed and dispatched the following working day, with delivery expected the day after dispatch.
For example, an order placed on Monday at 1pm will be shipped on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer if there are courier delays. You’ll receive full tracking details by email once your order has been processed.
Shipping costs £3.50 for orders under £30.
Orders over £30 qualify for free shipping unless an additional shipping surcharge applies.
Please note all shipments to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, and the Scilly Isles will incur an additional £3.50 surcharge.
All shipments to the Scottish Islands and Isle of Man will incur an additional £7.50 surcharge.
All shipments to the following post codes will incur the £3.50 surcharge: AB31 – AB38, AB40 – AB56, BT, IV1 – IV28, IV30 – IV32, IV30 – IV36, IV52 – IV54, IV63, KW1 – KW14, PA21 – PA38, PH4 – PH41, PH49 – PH50, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR35
All shipments to the following postcodes will incur an additional £7.50 surcharge: HS, IV41 – IV49, IV51, IV55 & IV56, KA27 – KA28, KW15 – KW17, PA20, PA41 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PH42 – PH44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM).
All shipping costs will be specified at checkout. There are no other costs or charges other than what you see on the checkout screen.
Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect goods
For any damaged, defective or mis-picked goods, please notify us at contact@whistlersstorm.co.uk within 1 day of observing the problem, including a photo of the products affected. The replacement goods will be re-sent to you at our own expense.
Method of Refund
The refund will be made to the same payment method as was made to place the order.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us at contact@whistlersstorm.co.uk explaining your request and reasons, and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours with a response.
Delivery Charge on Returned Goods
All refunds and returns will be at the customers expense and this will not be reimbursed. The exception is where the item is damaged, defective or mis-picked and we request you to send us the item back. In this instance, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.
Products Returned Outside of the Cancellation Period
Products returned outside of the cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, unless agreed prior with customer services. Please email contact@whistlersstorm.co.uk if you have a return request that falls outside of the cancellation period.
